Why Is Circularity Important?

We're proud to partner with the British Heart Foundation (BHF), to offer an important service that keeps your pre-loved clothes in circulation and out of landfill. Circularity is an essential component of sustainable fashion and KAIA Clothing makes a reliable partner in your personal fashion-activism.

In the UK, 350,000 tonnes, that’s around £140 million worth of used but still wearable clothing goes to landfill every year (Source: Clothesaid), yet the BHF reuse over 74,000 tonnes of donations a year.

By partnering with the BHF, KAIA Clothing makes it easier for you to keep your clothes in circulation, allowing them to be enjoyed by someone else, hopefully averting the purchase of a synthetic alternative.

 

How Do I Use This Service?

Using one of the options below, you'll go straight through to the BHF via our dedicated phone line or web page, where you can arrange for the collection of your items, at a time that suits you, at no charge.

What Happens to My Donation?

Your items will sell in one of over 700 BHF shops throughout the UK, and the proceeds will help fund life-saving research.

If you're planning a wardrobe clear-out and want to donate some quality pieces that you've loved wearing, donate, and feel good about it, too.
